Mental II is a Nolimit City asylum horror slot in which a deranged daughter is sent to an asylum. Symbols landing in Fire Frames split into two parts, and Fire Reels split them into three. Enhancer Cells under reels 2 to 4 reveal Wilds, xSplit or xNudge Wilds. Three Cognitive Scatters start 8 Bloodletting Spins, and Disembodied Scatters upgrade the round to Surgery or ExperiMENTAL Spins.
