Sugar Merge Up is a candy-themed slot by BGaming featuring a cluster pays mechanic where winning symbols upgrade to higher levels rather than just disappearing. Creating clusters of eighth-level symbols spawns a Bubblegum symbol that clears surrounding spaces and leaves behind a Scatter. Successive wins in the same marked cells increase their multipliers up to 128x, and during the Free Spins round, these multiplier values do not reset.
