Which slot studios publish RTP figures and test certificates?

Eight studios in our database publish an RTP on almost every game page. Few list more than one version, and none of the studio sites we checked publishes per-game test-lab certificates.

Key takeaways

  1. 01Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming and AvatarUX publish an RTP for every slot of theirs in our database; Thunderkick for 99.0% and Print Studios for 91.7%.
  2. 02Listing several RTP versions is rare: AvatarUX does so for 83.9% of its slots in our database and Hacksaw Gaming for 23.7%. Four of the eight studios list one figure per slot.
  3. 03On October 10, 2026 we found no downloadable per-game test-lab certificates on any of these studios' sites. Play'n GO names GLI, BMM and Quinel as its certifying labs.
  4. 04Test labs such as GLI and eCOGRA check a game's RTP by simulating it from its source code, maths and rules.
  5. 05Great Britain requires information such as RTP to be easily available before play; Malta sets an 85% minimum for games offered online.

Most large slot studios publish an RTP on their own game pages, but few publish the test-lab certificates behind it. In our slot database, eight studios have ten or more slots. Six of them publish an RTP for every slot we track: Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming and AvatarUX. Thunderkick does so for 99.0% and Print Studios for 91.7%. On October 10, 2026, we found no downloadable per-game test-lab certificates on any of those studios’ websites. Some name the labs that test their games or display lab logos.

RTP publication by studio

The table counts slots in our database and how many have an RTP taken from the studio’s own game page or game data. “Multiple versions” means the studio lists more than one RTP for the same slot.

Four other studios have fewer than ten slots in our database: Relax Gaming (6), Play’n GO (2), ELK Studios (1) and Games Global (1). We do not yet hold an RTP from their game pages for those slots. That is a gap in our records, not evidence that they do not publish one, so we leave them out of the rates above.

Studios also differ in what else they publish. Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming report separate RTPs for bonus buys and bet modes; see do bonus buys have higher RTP?. Nolimit City publishes hit frequency and free-spins odds; see what hit frequency means.

Why “one figure” is not the whole story

A single published RTP is the version the studio presents. Where a studio lists several, the lower ones are real options a casino can run. Of Hacksaw Gaming’s 28 multi-version slots, 20 show four figures, such as 96.38%, 94.55%, 92.33% and 88.42% for Wanted Dead or a Wild. A studio that lists one figure has not necessarily built only one version; its page simply does not say. Our guide to RTP versions explains how to read these listings, and is 96% RTP good? shows what the gaps cost.

Test-lab references on studio sites

We checked each studio’s homepage, a game page and any licensing page on October 10, 2026.

Play’n GO’s licensing page states that its games have been “certified by accredited test laboratories including GLI, BMM and Quinel.” It does not list which games or link to reports. BGaming’s game pages, such as Fruit Million, show iTech Labs and BMM Testlabs logos without links. Hacksaw Group’s licences page and Relax Gaming’s licence page carry an eCOGRA logo linking to eCOGRA’s homepage. A logo is not a certificate. It does not tell you which game, version or market was tested.

What a test lab actually checks

Test labs check games against regulators’ technical requirements. GLI says it “typically creates an independent simulation based on the game’s source code, mathematical documentation, and game rules.” The simulation runs far more games than real play would, to “verify that the RTP matches the intended design and meets jurisdictional requirements.” Labs also confirm that the odds of advertised prizes comply with regulations.

eCOGRA’s game-engine certification lists similar checks. It verifies “the mathematical accuracy of the game’s payouts, odds, and probabilities” and their alignment with the RTP. It runs “extensive simulations of game sessions” and verifies that the random number generator “produces genuinely random and unbiased outcomes.”

What regulators require

Rules differ by market; these two are examples, not universal rules.

  • Great Britain. Remote technical standard RTS 3 requires information that lets a customer make an informed decision about their chances of winning to be easily available before they commit to gamble. That includes the RTP percentage or the probability of winning events, as appropriate to the game.
  • Malta. The Malta Gaming Authority lowered the minimum RTP for games offered online from 92% to 85% in May 2021.

How to use this

  1. Start from the studio’s own game page; our slot and studio pages link to it.
  2. Note whether the studio lists one RTP or several.
  3. Compare it with the RTP in the game’s rules at your casino, which is the version you are playing.
  4. Treat lab logos as a sign that testing happens, not as proof about a specific game.

Questions

Which slot studios publish RTP?

In our database, Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming and AvatarUX publish an RTP for every one of their slots we track; Thunderkick does for 99.0% and Print Studios for 91.7%.

Do slot studios publish their test certificates?

Not on the studio sites we checked on October 10, 2026. Some name the labs or show lab logos, and Play'n GO publishes regulator licence documents, but none offered per-game lab certificates for download.

Who tests slot RTP?

Independent test labs such as GLI, BMM, iTech Labs and eCOGRA. GLI says it builds an independent simulation from the game's source code, maths documentation and rules to verify that the RTP matches the design and meets jurisdictional requirements.

Does a published RTP mean my casino uses it?

No. Some studios offer several RTP versions of the same slot. Check the RTP in the game rules at your casino.
